Returns and Exchanges
Thank you for shopping with Graif Clothing. We take pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason, you do not absolutely love your selections, we will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise or exchange your items within 14 days of purchase.
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the initial ship date. The ship date is listed on the invoice included in your package. We will not accept any returns after that date.
- Returns must be in new condition, with tags still attached, and cannot be worn, altered, or washed.
- Articles received in worn condition will not be refunded.
- Graif Clothing reserves the right to refuse a refund based on the condition of the item being returned.
PLEASE NOTE: Jewelry and all sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
How will I be refunded?
The return total will be credited back to the method of payment used during the checkout, less the cost of shipping and return shipping. Please allow up to 14 business days for Graif Clothing to receive and process your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Graif Clothing is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
You can return your online and in-store purchase at our store. Simply bring your merchandise to a store near you and we will gladly process your return. Please remember to bring your invoice or receipt.
If you would like to use a pre-paid UPS label to return your items, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and item you are wishing to return, and we will e-mail you a pre-paid return label** that you can print out and tape to your package.

What do I need to do to prepare my item(s) for return?
Securely pack your merchandise, include the return form and original invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and mail the package with the return label fastened to the outside.
Once we receive your package, we will issue a refund less the cost of the original shipping and an $8.00 UPS return shipping fee if a prepaid label is being used. You will receive an e-mail notifying you of the transaction.
Please allow 2-4 business days for the refund to be applied to your bank account.
